Shipping policy

Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Hair orders are all placed through the preorder method so please keep in mind that there are another 8-10 processing days as well. Hair orders do take longer than lash and gloss orders, it shouldn't come no later than 3 weeks after placing your order. Please place your hair orders ahead of time for any plans and/or events coming up. Veriglossy ALWAYS tries to ship out orders as fast as possible. If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. Once we get tracking numbers, your tracking number will be emailed to you, therefore please make sure to type in your most accessible email address when placing your order. Once we send you your tracking number, all orders are officially out of our control pretty.
